Bayside Provisions was born from some of our favorite things: days on the water, fresh-caught fish, good food, and even better company.

Founded in the summer of 2023 by Ryan and Jessica Nagel, Bayside Provisions started with a simple idea—to share the flavors and traditions that have always been a part of life around the Great Lakes, including our famous family tartar sauce.

What began at our own fish fries has grown into a full line of seafood provisions made for captains, cooks, and anyone who believes the best meals usually start with a day on the water. From breadings and seasonings to sauces, everything we create is inspired by the sportfish, shorelines, and laid-back coastal spirit of the Great Lakes.

When we’re not working on Bayside, you can usually find us cruising and fishing around the Lake Erie Islands in our Lyman, chasing walleye, or hosting a fish fry for family and friends.
